Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We're relaxed with returns: if you're not happy with your product or can give any other reason we'll be happy to process a return and refund.
We ask your item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused) with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want a refund, we'll expect you to return your item at your expense, or donate it to a local school or library.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us info@soulmuppet.co.uk.at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged, we will replace your item at our cost or refund you.
EU Right To Return
In the EU, if you buy a product or service online you have the right to withdraw. This means you can decide to return the product in exchange for a full refund with no justification within a 14 day "cooling-off period" after the date of delivery. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.
This 14-day EU Right-To-Return is in addition to our normal returns policy.
Refunds
Once you provide us with a proof you've sent us the item or processed the donation, we'll refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
